Sherpa works with a trusted network of producers, technicians, creatives, artists and specialist suppliers, assembled around the needs of each event.

THE SHERPA NETWORK

One team. One point of contact. Everything connected.

We don't use the same team for every event. We build the right team for yours.

We coordinate all the moving parts across your event, from creative and technical production to venue procurement,  suppliers, talent, staffing, health&safety, licensing, food & beverage logistics and live operations.

You don't have to manage every part yourself.

We do.

HOW WE WORK

Good production starts before the event itself.

We begin with a conversation. We want to understand what you are trying to achieve, what matters to your audience and what the event needs to deliver.

From there, we build the production around you.

WE KNOW UNIQUE SPACES

From heritage buildings and museums to outdoor and unusual locations, we know how to navigate the technical and logistical challenges without losing sight of the experience.

MORE FROM YOUR BUDGET

Good production is about making the right decisions, knowing where to invest resources, where to simplify and how to find practical solutions when plans change.

EXPERIENCE YOU CAN LEAN ON
