Irish Icons was a broadcast-quality online employee event created for Workday during 2020. Designed as an alternative to conventional virtual quizzes and team activities, the experience centred on a live conversation with Paul O’Connell. Sherpa sourced the talent, managed the technical production and broadcast, and worked with Workday to create a premium online experience for 1,000 employees.
