Sherpa delivered the launch programme for the Hugh Lane Gallery’s Andy Warhol Three Times Out exhibition, coordinating a series of VIP and media preview events across multiple evenings. Working within a sensitive heritage environment housing irreplaceable works of art, Sherpa managed technical production, audience movement, hospitality, staffing, artist logistics and event operations for more than 400 guests.
