Sherpa provided event management and production for Macnas’ Con Mór, an enormous spectacle created over ten months. The project involved the logistical coordination of the giant structure’s arrival and installation on the banks of the River Corrib, following months of fabrication and decoration. Sherpa managed production, site design, technical production, audio and lighting design, and logistics for the two-day event.
