Sherpa was delighted to return to the Meadows of IMMA with Workday on 19 August 2022. Creating a totally immersive experience that transformed the lawns of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham into a balmy summer escape with fun, colour, spectacle in every corner.
Workday’s 1,300 guests were welcomed to a tropical paradise in the city's centre. Our aim was to create a totally immersive experience that transformed the stunning lawns of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham into a secret summer playground.
What we provided:
Creative concept, set design and production for the entire event.
Unique bar concepts with top-shelf spirits & mixologists.
Commissioned artists to create immersive décor pieces specific to the event.
Site infrastructure, tent hire, build and management.
Entertainment booking including pop-up performers, Sing Along Social, Code of Behaviour and RUGs Ukelele.
Selected tailored food vendors to complement creative concepts.
