Sherpa transformed a green field site into a 1990s-inspired festival for 1,400 Workday guests. The event combined large-scale production with immersive entertainment, including life-sized installations, live bands and DJs, UV Glo, carnival stalls, bumper cars, inflatables, live graffiti, workshops and roaming performers. Sherpa managed everything from venue procurement and site infrastructure to production, entertainment, décor, staffing, health and safety.
