Sherpa was commissioned to create a large-scale outdoor summer event for 1,200 guests, developing a complete Wild West environment from the site design and infrastructure through to entertainment, activities, food and hospitality.
Working across the full event delivery, Sherpa sourced and developed the venue and constructed a temporary Wild West town complete with themed facades and storefronts. The experience brought together live music, DJs, dancers and interactive activities including mechanical bull riding, lassoing and hobby horse races, giving the client a fully realised environment rather than a collection of individual event elements.
