Grill-a-Palooza Summer Party

Sherpa produced Grill-a-Palooza, a mini festival for 300 guests on the lawns of the Law Society, transforming this beautiful green space in the heart of the city into a relaxed summer celebration.

Sherpa delivered full event production and entertainment programming, creating a festival-style experience that brought together live music, DJs, food and summer activities. From the overall site layout and event infrastructure through to production, décor and entertainment, Sherpa managed the delivery of a cohesive and enjoyable event that made the most of the unique outdoor setting.

Sherpa developed the event management plan, coordinating all operational requirements and health and safety documentation to ensure the event was delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
