Team Building Sports Day

An Old School Sports Day at Railway Union Sports Club brought teams together for a day of friendly competition, collaboration and plenty of laughs. From sack races and wheelbarrow sprints to Aqua Splat forfeits and classic team challenges, the programme was designed to build camaraderie, encourage teamwork and spark a little healthy rivalry.

Sherpa managed the event delivery from planning and health & safety through to on-the-day coordination, with post-games food and beverage providing the perfect opportunity for teams to relax, refuel and celebrate.
